The Agency provides the digital platform for the Dealer but is not involved in the actual sales, services, or transactions. You acknowledge that ImperaDesignCo is not a party to any transaction you may make with the Dealer. Vehicle Sale: All vehicles are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise stated. Pictures may not represent the actual vehicle. Prices and offers are subject to change at the Dealer’s discretion, and do not include taxes and government fees.

The aggregate liability arising from this agreement shall be limited to the lesser of the actual damages or $100.
Neither the Agency nor Dealer shall be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or any other damage, whether or not the possibility of such damages was advised.
The Agency respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been infringed on the Service, please submit a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
The notice should include:

A description of the location of the infringing material on the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be in the state and federal courts located in Sacramento, CA.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates acceptance of those changes.
